For the 2019 Opportunity Zone Summit, the City of Miami offers three registration options:

Day 1 Friday 9/27 Registration (Federal Resources Available for Real Estate Development)

Day 2 Saturday 9/28 Registration (Federal Resources Available for Business Acquisition, Expansion, Development and Relocation to Opportunity Zones), and

Day 2 Saturday 9/28 (Matchmaker Bus Tour) of Real Estate Property Available in Opportunity Zones

Day (1) Friday 9/27 Registration

2019 City of Miami Opportunity Zone Summit, begins on Friday 9/27 at the James L. Knight Center highlighting (Federal Resources Available for Real Estate Development). Discussion will include:

  • A Pathway to Urban Revitalization
  • Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs)
  • Regulatory Updates
  • Federal Economic Development Resources
  • Miami’s Opportunity Zone Real Estate Markets

Day (2) Saturday 9/28 Registration

2019 City of Miami Opportunity Zone Summit, begins on Saturday 9/28 at the James L. Knight Center highlighting (Federal Resources Available for Business Acquisition, Expansion, Development and Relocation to Opportunity Zones). Discussion will include:

  • Leveraging private equity with Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) and other federal resources: Business acquisition, expansion, development and relocation to Miami’s opportunity zone
  • Matchmaker bus tour with transportation provided: Available sites for lease and purchase in Miami’s Opportunity Zone (Registration for the Bust Tour is separate.)

Day (2) Saturday 9/28 Bus Tour Registration

As part of the 2nd half of Day 2 of the City of Miami Opportunity Zone Summit, registered attendees will be taken on the Matchmaker Bus Tour of available sites for lease and purchase in Miami’s Opportunity Zones. Lunch and transportation will be provided. Only registered guests will be accepted on the tour.

*Registration is mandatory and you must also be registered for at least one of the earlier events, Day 1 (9/27) or Day 2 (9/28 Morning).
